Benjamin Stephenson

Ben began his advisory practice at Equitable beginning in 2018, following a six-year career working in professional baseball for the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Minnesota Twins. At the beginning of 2021, Ben was elevated to Senior Advisor to help grow the elite wealth management group within Equitable, The Fensterheim district. Since then, Ben has helped grow the practice which manages over $500 million assets under management as of 2024, and holds the #1 national ranking amongst the entire Equitable company for the last three years.
A 2011 Springfield College (MA) graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, Ben offers a unique perspective; There are many parallels between the sports world and wealth management. Both require the highest levels of trust, communication, execution, and emotional engagement.

With over a decade of experience in Retirement Planning and Wealth Management, Andrew currently holds 4 professional designations devoted from institutions including Columbia and Wharton. Andrew helps lead our group, assisting our select clients with retirement planning, Long-term care insurance, risk management, and estate planning. Our partnership has lead to managing over $500mm in total assets across multiple lines of business in the United States, as of 2025.

John Jammers

Born and raised in Switzerland, John brings a global perspective and a competitive edge to the financial world. His journey began on the ice, where he was recruited by St. George’s School in Newport, RI for his hockey talent. He later earned a scholarship to play collegiate hockey at Franklin Pierce University.
After graduating, John transitioned into finance and joined Ben’s team at Equitable Advisors. John’s international insight and disciplined mindset from his athletic background enhance his commitment to fiduciary standards in every client relationship.
